She has led numerous landmark IPOs in real estate including the USD1b IPO of Sunac Services, USD800m IPO of Jinke Smart Services, the USD3bn Listing of Country Garden Services, USD500m IPO of A-living, USD1.5bn Listing of China Overseas Property Management, USD4.4b IPO of Wanda Commercial Properties,  and many REITs IPO including Huixian, Langham Hotel and Jinmao Hotel REITs.

She has also led significant corporate M&A deals including the RMB100b acquisition by China Overseas Land from CITIC Real Estate; Greenland acquisition of SPG Properties; China Minsheng Investment acquisition of Dalian Yida and SRE;
