Mr. Yin joined Tishman Speyer in 2017 and is currently responsible for project predevelopment and design for the China portfolio. Before joining Tishman Speyer, Mr. Yin spent 7 years at SOHO China as a Senior Vice President and Chief Architect. While at SOHO, he was responsible for several landmark projects in Shanghai and Beijing, including the CITAB-CTBUH 2016 Overall Best Tall Building in China (Bund SOHO in Shanghai) and won two Excellence Awards for Wangjing SOHO in Beijing and Hongkou SOHO in Shanghai. Additionally, Mr. Yin spent 17 years as a Design Principal at NBBJ Architects. Mr. Yin holds a BA from the University of Washington. He is a member of AIA and a registered architect in Washington State.
