Ms. Woo is currently COO & Head of Asset Management managing the asset portfolio for USD Funds and overseeing the Group’s operations. She has more than 20 years of solid experiences in real estate asset management in mainland China and Hong Kong.
Prior to joining KaiLong in 2006, Ms. Woo was the Assistant Vice President of Shanghai Bund Center of Sinar Mas Group, overseeing the marketing, leasing and property management of this large-scale mix-used development. Before that, Ms. Woo had worked with Kerry Properties Limited, Chinese Estate Holdings Limited, Hutchison Whampoa Limited and Colliers.
