Join this year’s ULI China Mainland Summer Meeting, taking place in Beijing (June 23) and Shanghai (June 24) as well as online, and participate in discussions on how the real estate industry has changed and will change in the long run as a result of the forces created in the past one year. We will focus on how new technologies or more accurately accelerated adoption of transformative technologies, are reshaping the real estate industry and affecting different property sectors. Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) will be another key focus in the Summer Meeting. We will hear from developers and investors as well as ESG experts about how they have been adopting new ESG standards and leveraging technologies.
ULI’s semi-annual meetings offer its members a great opportunity to take on useful knowledge and insights about new concepts, technologies, and trends in the real estate industry. These multi-day events also provide many opportunities for the participants to share their recent experiences and showcase their own projects and products and services with other participants. Our meetings are unique for the diversity and high caliber of speakers and participants and the approach of sharing and learning from each other.
We bring together professionals from real estate development, investment, design and planning, consultancy, facility management, construction, and increasingly technology. With simultaneous interpretation provided for all sessions, we bring together both Chinese-speaking and non-Chinese-speaking professionals from China and abroad. Young professionals can strike conversations with CEO’s and senior executives of established companies, and “old” folks also get inspired by the energy and learn new ideas from young professionals and entrepreneurs.
The depth and diversity of the contents and participants stems from ULI’s global network of over 45,000 members including 2,500 in Asia Pacific and active procurement of events and publications on timely topics.
